• £5.95 Next Working Day - Next Day service order placed before 1pm will be shipped the same day, orders placed after 1pm will be shipped next working day.

Returns

Returns

Would you like to return your order? No problem, you have 14 days to return your order for a full refund (excluding delivery charge) providing soaps and masks have not been opened and are in its original packaging. Please ensure you retain your proof of return postage receipts and keep this until you have been credited for your return item.

Exchanges

Would you prefer to change an item? Simply contact us and return the unwanted item by post, and then place the order of the item you would like providing it is within the 14 days refund policy.
